Virgin Media had a Woody problem. Their oldest and most loyal customers were falling by the wayside as the new shiny Buzz Lightyear customers got great deals and discounts. Something had to be done to remind our Woody’s just how important they are.

What I did

In partnership with my friends at Ronin Amsterdam I created a final vision and roadmap story for a complete engagement platform, handing to internal design and development teams for ongoing production work. I helped a program that had been stalled for several years gather fresh energy and momentum, and hopefully helped restore some of that Woody energy to Virgin Media’s most loyal customers.
