Air France / KLM, one of the longest serving, most distinguished flag carriers in the world, asked us to help them radically rethink their future. Massive disruption, from covid to the climate, has the airline industry thinking hard about their future, especially how to be a constructive and sustainable source of global travel. With that in mind we ran an innovation program with the goal of exploring what the next 50 years of service might look like for Air France KLM.
